The other workers, Danielle and Liv, were extremely friendly when I called back with follow up questions and they were able to meet all my needs and requirements. "This is a terrible insurance agency. They do not return phone calls. They don’t give you any written or phone notice about your insurance. They are just down right ignorant. My husband was killed in an accident and I was told I did not need a lawyer because they would take care of it. Well that did not happen. 5 years after his accident I still received mail from this place in his name. Absolutely would pay twice the amount rather than deal with this bunch of clowns. They would not receive a single star in my opinion. Negative stars in my opinion. Also was asked if I needed insurance on a truck I had. Well I’m no insurance agent but if a car is in the road it needs insurance. That came straight from Dale Nace’s mouth. If you don’t know what needs insurance and what doesn’t then you need not be an insurance agent."

"Today, my grandmother was called because of a mistake with a check she wrote. She asked what the actual amount should be and the individual would not confirm and insisted that she come to the location and adjust the check rather than allowing her adult grandchild to drop off a new check. The only reason they gave is because the deposit process was already started and the rep didn't want to have to start over."

"Non customer friendly. From Alexis on up to Dale. Will never use SF again. Gave them several chances to earn back my SF commitment I've had for DECADE'S. No one was willing to take responsibility for errors made. It's a real shame that we are truly numbers and not human beings to this company and in a small community such as the Pennsburg area. Still getting bills and now the office will not even take my phone call to work it out."
