"Today, my grandmother was called because of a mistake with a check she wrote. She asked what the actual amount should be and the individual would not confirm and insisted that she come to the location and adjust the check rather than allowing her adult grandchild to drop off a new check. The only reason they gave is because the deposit process was already started and the rep didn't want to have to start over."

"Non customer friendly. From Alexis on up to Dale. Will never use SF again. Gave them several chances to earn back my SF commitment I've had for DECADE'S. No one was willing to take responsibility for errors made. It's a real shame that we are truly numbers and not human beings to this company and in a small community such as the Pennsburg area. Still getting bills and now the office will not even take my phone call to work it out."

"I've been a very loyal customer for awhile now. Didn't like how they didn't add my auto reimbursement to my policy when I first made the call about it. It took 3 or 4 phone calls in a month and a half to get it added. Yes the staff dropped the ball and I even requested the agent to call me which he failed to do. Maybe it's time to find another insurance carrier if this is how they treat there customers."
